Shipping
Where do you ship from?
Our headquarters are located in Toronto, Ontario.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship all over the world - except North Korea... Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
Your order is guaranteed to leave our headquarters within 24 hours. Shipping times vary based on the service you decide to choose.
1-7 days within North America.
7-28 Days for most International shipments.
Tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email. Shipping carriers vary.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has already left our facility we cannot change the shipping address. Please try and contact us immediately at support@aftecka.com and we’ll see what we can do.
Product
Can I return my product?
Yes, you can return your product for a full refund within 30 days of as long as the product is in the same condition as you received it. You will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our end.

You can exchange your product within 30 days, as long as it is not used - email us at support@aftecka.com and we’ll see what we can do to further help out.
General
How does the sizing work?
We take pride in precision, each protective outsole is designed to fit your shoe model and size. If you don’t see your size or shoe, it is not available. Hit us up and we’ll see what we can do.
What do I get exactly?
Each order ships as a pair, you will receive one protective outsole for your left shoe and one for the right shoe.
Does installation require heat?
Certain shoes require a bit of heat in order for our material to curve and mould around the compound curves of specific shoe designs. See our installation guide for further instructions.
Will this cause a loss of traction?
The short answer is yes. The material we use has a “grippy” texture to it but of course, differentiates from the original design of your shoes sole. The more you wear your shoes and activate the pressure channels of the 3M material, the more it will mould into the compound curves of your sole - creating better traction. Designed for casual wear only, you’re trash at basketball anyways.
Will it be noticeable on the bottom of my shoe?
We design our outsoles to be just big enough to avoid any toe or heel drag and just small enough to be virtually invisible when on. The more you wear them the more they will mould into the grooves and curves of your shoe.
