Installation Guide

Installation is identical for your left and right shoe, lets begin.

1. Remove your sole protector from the paper backing.
2. Grab your hair dryer and heat up the ‘sticky’ side for approximately 20-25 seconds.
3. Apply directly to the bottom of your shoe and apply firm pressure.
4. Use additional heat and pressure as necessary to get inside grooves and around the curves of your sole.
